Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Plan and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, website copy, case studies, infographics, videos, email campaigns, and social media updates.
- SEO & SEM Integration: Implement SEO strategies to optimize content and improve organic search rankings, and utilize SEM tactics to enhance paid search campaigns.
- Audience Engagement: Create content that resonates with target audiences, builds relationships, and nurtures leads through the buyer’s journey, all while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize content-driven marketing campaigns to increase visibility, enhance customer loyalty, and improve conversion rates.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels, coordinating with other teams to align with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media analytics to refine strategies and improve content performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align content strategies with overall brand goals and customer needs.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices to continuously optimize content strategies.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven ability to execute successful content strategies and campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and experience using social media platforms and their content management tools.
- A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools, as well as paid media strategies, email marketing, and conversion optimization techniques.
Skills
- Exceptional ability to write, edit, and proofread compelling, high-quality content across a variety of formats, while keeping a consistent brand voice.
- Proven experience in creating SEO-optimized content and knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Yoast.
- Ability to create innovative content strategies while analyzing performance data and optimizing based on results.
- In-depth understanding of how to craft content that appeals to specific audience segments and aligns with their interests and behaviors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Ability to write and adjust content style for various formats (blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, landing pages) while maintaining engagement and relevance.
