Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Plan, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels including email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute paid search, display, social media, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and drive measurable results.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid media campaigns (PPC) and ensure maximum ROI on digital advertising spend.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other digital tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators and designers to develop compelling content and creatives that align with digital marketing strategies, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive conversions. Optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to increase engagement and conversions.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Conduct market research and audience segmentation to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are effectively reaching the right target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that strategies are innovative and competitive.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns across various online platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for different digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to continuously innovate and improve digital marketing strategies.
